PEEP Meeting events
These are organised annually to promote classroom-based research and teacher research.
PEEP’17 Meeting: 22 September 2017 at the Polytechnic Institute of Porto in collaboration with FCSH, Nova University Lisbon.
PEEP’18 Meeting: 13 October 2018 at the Institute of Education, Lisbon in collaboration with the University of Aveiro.
PEEP’19 Meeting: 16 November 2019 at the University of Algarve in collaboration with FCSH, Nova University Lisbon.
PEEP’20 Meeting: This meeting did not take place in its usual format. Instead, the PEEP Network supported and participated in an international online conference ‘Teachers and teacher educators: Education and professional development for early language learning’ Convened by Sandie Mourão and Carolyn Leslie at Universidade Nova de Lisboa.
PEEP’22 Meeting: 28 May 2022 organised by Minho University, Braga. This is a virtual PEEP Meeting.
PEEP inter-institutional events
These events involve the institutions and their staff and are aimed at debating practices and setting up and monitoring inter-institutional research activity.
PEEP Inter-institutional Meeting 1: 8 February 2018 at the Polytechnic Institute of Guarda, organised by Carla Ravasco and her team. The focus was on ‘Approaches to the teacher practicum component’. PEEP Inter-institutional Meeting 2: 25 January, 2019 at Universidade do Minho, Braga, organised by Flávia Vieira. The day revolved around preliminary results of the MAp project.
PEEP Inter-institutional Meeting 3: 19 July, 2019 at Universidade de Aveiro, organised by Ana Isabel Andrade and Ana Raquel Simões. The day was devoted to presentation and discussion of results of the MAp project.
PEEP Inter-institutional Meeting 4: 7 February 2020 at Universidade Nova de Lisboa, organised by Sandie Mourão & Carolyn Leslie. The day was devoted to discussing the results and dissemination of the MAp project.
